Every cladding job is one of these four, and plenty are two: new cladding on one wall and repairs on another.
Axon boards, flat fibre cement panels and shadow clad, for additions, upper storeys, unit blocks and feature walls. Fixed over wrap with the right joiners and trims, then painted or stained.
Vertical metal wall cladding for homes, outdoor rooms, sheds and depots, framed and flashed at every corner, opening and base.
Damaged render patched and re-rendered in a matched colour, and render-ready board fixed to new walls so the renderer has a sound, flat base.
Cracked, broken or rotted sheets cut out and replaced, flashings and sealant made good, and the new section painted to match the wall around it.
Sheets that run down into garden beds or paving soak up water and rot from the bottom. We cut them off clear of the ground and flash underneath.
Panel joins sealed with the wrong product crack and let water in. We use joiners and sealant made for the job and gap them properly.
