Carpentry maintenance for facility managers looking after schools, hospitals, aged care, water and utility sites, and public buildings. We take your work orders, sign in the way your site needs, work around the people using the building, and report back against your work order number.

Every one of these comes with its own sign-in, paperwork and people to work around. That is the part we plan first.
Decks, balustrades, doors, ceilings and outdoor structures repaired in the school holidays or around class times, with Working with Children Checks in place.
Flyscreens, shower seating, doors, tiles and room repairs in hospitals and aged care, booked around residents and patients.
Pump stations, treatment plants and depots: stainless steel doors, cladding, coatings and repairs on sites with their own inductions and permits.
Offices, depots and community facilities kept safe and working, from door closers to signage and seating.

Work orders taken through your system, and every invoice carries your work order number.
Site inductions, sign-in apps and safe work method statements done before work starts.
Rooms booked around residents, classes and staff, and work areas barriered off.
Before and after photos and a note on anything else found, so the next work order is easy.
Through your system or by email, with the site contact.
Time, access and sign-in agreed with your contact.
The work completed, photographed and noted.
Against your work order number, with photos and notes.
Flyscreens replaced on 29 windows, using materials from the site’s own workshop, signed in through the site’s system. 2025.
Five bariatric folding shower seats fitted to match ones already replaced, and the old fixing holes sealed. 2024.
A loose wall tile in a resident’s ensuite reset, regrouted and siliconed, booked after 8:30 so the resident wasn’t disturbed early. 2026.
A deck bearer refixed with joist hangers, 18 balustrade battens replaced, a door and closer adjusted, ceiling tiles replaced and a cupboard door rehung. 2024.
Every external door closer on the building adjusted for secure, unassisted closing, and one frame packed to stop it scraping. 2025.
Twenty new posts and 92 signs installed across a campus, with fallen signs refixed, and a final walk-through with the site contact. 2025.
Facility work often runs alongside one of these.
