This website is run by Jochum Family Maintenance Pty Ltd, trading as JF Maintenance, ABN 23 910 429 323. By using jfm.net.au you agree to what is set out below. If something here does not sit right with you, get in touch before you rely on anything on the site.
These pages describe the work we do and the areas we cover. We keep them current, but the detail of any job depends on the job. Nothing on this site is advice about your particular property.
Where a page shows a price range, it is a guide to help you work out whether we are in the right ballpark. It is not a quote. A quote is a quote only once we have understood the job and given it to you in writing.
Sending us an enquiry, and us replying, does not create a contract. We are engaged when we have given you a written quote and you have accepted it.
We are trade-qualified carpenters. We do all areas of carpentry and we coordinate the other trades a job needs. We are not registered builders and we do not hold a building practitioner registration. If your job needs a registered builder, we will tell you.
The words, photographs, layout, the JFM name and our logo belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page here, and to print or share a page for your own use. Please do not copy our text or photographs onto another website or into your own marketing without asking us in writing first.
If you send us photos, plans or documents through the form or by email, you are telling us you are entitled to share them. They stay yours. You are giving us permission to use them to work out your quote and to carry out the job. We handle them as described in our privacy policy.
Some pages link out to other websites, such as our Google reviews or our industry memberships. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
We would like the site to be available all the time, but we cannot promise it. We may change, move or remove pages without telling you.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using this website or relying on something on it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or the statutory warranties that apply to domestic building work in Victoria. Our guarantee page sets out how we stand behind the work itself.
