Both of our 2 Bellbrae jobs were commercial: replacing a door with a 920 slab door, new hinges and a hood and adjusting a second door, and filling a hole in an exposed-aggregate driveway with steel plugs and reinforcement before concreting it and treating the surface to expose the aggregate. Out of town, it pays to fix the job properly the first time.
Bellbrae Primary School has had a $9.1 million competition-grade gym and new STEM and learning spaces, plus a sewer and town water connection. The public hall, the CFA station and the Uniting Church sit along School Road, with Mary Bell Oval and the reserve nearby. Ocean Mist Aged Care and the Kithbrooke Park over-55s community, of about 200 homes, are both on Grossmans Road. Bellbrae Estate winery, with a bistro and deli, is on the Great Ocean Road, and Coastal Forest Lodge runs group camps on Gundrys Road. Half of Bellbrae is under the Bushfire Management Overlay, so anything new is checked first.
