We can fit out and repair offices and hangars at Lethbridge Airport and maintain the town’s school, hall, fire station and childcare. Nine hangars were under construction at the airport at last report.
Lethbridge’s commercial side is its airport hangar precinct, with a primary school, hall, fire station and childcare in the township.
Lethbridge Airport sits in an 81 hectare special use zone for light aircraft industries, with 43 addresses, most of them small hangar lots on Little Court and Cobby Court. The operator says it is home to maintenance, avionics and aircraft sales businesses, the CFA has a permanent office there, and nine hangars were under construction. Hangars need offices, mezzanines, doors and repairs.
The primary school, Lethbridge Public Hall, the fire station and two outside-school-hours and family day care services are in the township. The bluestone school building is heritage-listed with paint controls, so repairs there need to match. Community buildings need doors, floors and repairs kept up between uses.
We have done 13 jobs in Bannockburn and work in Meredith and She Oaks, all next door. Lethbridge has added about 320 residential addresses since 2015, and council’s Growing Places Strategy says more low-density growth will be considered once land supply runs out and bushfire resilience improves. The Bamganie landfill is also inside the locality.

Michael worked with our budget and we were so impressed by their diligence and workmanship. They did not cut corners but went the extra mile. So impressed we engaged them again at another property.
Prompt, great communication and a terrific job. Have used JF Maintenance for lots of work over the years and would recommend.
Beyond our expectations, and it was great to work with people who could turn our ideas into something better than we imagined. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Lethbridge was proclaimed a township in 1854, and its bluestone, quarried from 1860, went into buildings across the region, including the steps of Parliament House.
An airport hangar precinct and a growing township are why the commercial work here is fit-outs, repairs and community maintenance.
